你不仅会说，那么长，那么大的板，咋过安装哟，轻质蒸压砖一块一块砌上墙，这个板咋过砌得稳呢？不用担心，人是聪明的，做产品就有办法，那么科学家也就会想办法教你安装的。这没关系，其实板材的施工方法，看是复杂，懂得方法也是比较简单灵活的。其据体要注意几点：
一、ALC隔墙板有好多种安装方法的。如何固定是关键。
1、ALC隔墙板安装分为横装板及竖装板，通常固定两头就可以了。
2、ALC隔墙板常用固定可用U形卡、管卡，或者用勾头螺栓来固定。其中勾头螺栓法因就需要焊接，这主要实合钢结构工程。
二、ALC隔墙板与梁柱板等结构结合处的做法有两种做法。一是表面处理，二是板缝处理。
板缝处理为连接处留10-20mm的缝隙，当跨度较小(≤6m)时缝中用粘结砂浆挤实;当跨度较大(gt;6m)时为防止温度等收缩变形，缝中用发泡剂填充(有防火要求时将发泡剂改为岩棉)。
三、ALC板材关于做卫生间和厨房隔墙的防水问题。
按常规设计要求做防水技术处理即可，可用TS卷材、SBS卷材、聚氨酯涂膜等均可。
四`ALC板材关于水电预埋管线(盒)、管道等开槽问题。
1、在施工中需要预埋水电管线时，可以直接采用纵向开槽，因为ALC板材内配置两层钢筋网所以也可小距离横向开槽。
2、开槽时应先用切割机切出轮廓，不能直接用凿子硬砸，敷设完管道后用聚合物沙浆或粘结剂抹实即可。
因为接线盒或配电箱需要开大型孔洞时板材可以根据需要打穿，安装结束后用聚合物沙浆或粘结剂抹平抹实即可。
五、ALC板材关于墙面贴瓷砖或其它小型贴面物品时的处理问题。
在卫生间、厨房或外墙经常需要贴瓷砖或其它小型贴面饰品，可以先在板材上刷一道丙乳液(107胶)，然后满刷2~3㎜界面剂(或素水泥甩浆)，稍后用瓷砖或饰品粘结剂粘贴即可。
六、ALC板材关于墙面吊挂重物(诸如热水器洗手盆暖气片、室内外空调等)处理问题。
我们做过试验，譬如100mm厚的ALC板材可单点吊挂静物120kg。
ALC板材上安装轻便吊件、挂钩等可采用自攻钉直接固定即可。ALC板材上安装重物(脸盆、暖气片、热水器、洗手盆、吊柜、室内外空调等)可用≥10膨胀螺栓或对穿螺栓(将作用力传递到墙上)固定。
七、ALC板材接口形式可分为。
A、平口:靠粘结剂粘合，易开裂，很少使用。
B、C形口:即双凹槽，表现为两个C形组成一个圆形芯柱，上下植筋、中间注浆。
优点为结构性能好。缺点为工序复杂、施工不方便，且注浆易出现不密实甚至断开，表面无法检查。
C、T形口:即凹凸槽接口，侧面打浆后挤紧相互嵌合，grc隔墙板，整体性及结构性好，易施工，应用最广(我公司ALC板目前主要生产T型口为 主)。
D、L形口:主要用于楼板及屋面板。
